 Brushing with Baking Soda

 Brushing and Flossing

Do not underestimate the power of daily brushing and flossing.   • Brush your teeth in a 45°angle in a back and forth motion.

  • Hold the floss tightly around each tooth in a C shape; move the floss back and forth in a push-pull motion and up and down against the side of each tooth.

 Activated charcoal

Activated charcoal is a natural teeth whitener. It pulls toxins from your mouth and removes stains from your teeth. It has a negative electrical charge which attracts positively charged molecules. Charcoal effectively absorbs the positively charged toxins in the mouth. Apart from that, it also traps free radicals that may damage your dental cavity.

Amazingly, activated charcoal cannot be absorbed by the body. It binds to the toxins which allows it to carry the toxins out of the body through excretions.
